I'm Tiffany Morice

I didn’t build Elite Command Performance from a textbook. I built it out of my own failure to live at my standard.

I’ve been in combat and completed three deployments (Operation Enduring Freedom & Iraqi Freedom). I became a Deputy Director at the IRS by 40, responsible for teams, decisions, and outcomes that mattered. I’ve coached leadership for the U.S. military across the country and built a business as a professional leadership and motivational speaker.

On paper in the beginning, I was a high performer. In reality, there was a long stretch where I was leading everyone but myself.

My calendar was packed, my phone never stopped, and my discipline showed up in short bursts instead of as a way of life. Training slipped when work got loud. Nutrition was an afterthought. I told myself it was just a season, but that “season” stretched into years. I knew exactly what my standard looked like, and I was operating well below it.

Due to the high-touch, results-driven nature of Elite Command Performance, we maintain clear boundaries to protect both your commitment and the integrity of the program.

You will have a 5 day evaluation window from your start date to determine if this program is the right fit. If, within that time, you feel it is not aligned, you may request a refund (less a 10% administrative fee) by emailing tiffany@tiffanymorice.com. After this initial window, all sales are final.

This is a performance-based program designed for individuals committed to execution, ownership, and follow-through. Results are directly tied to your participation.
